Todd Keen's 1970 Australian ZC Fairlane

    I thought I'd send you some pictures and details of my 1970 Australian ZC Fairlane. The car is street registered and driven, and I also race it at the Perth Motorplex in the Super Sedan class. The car is all steel, has all working lights, wipers and windows, and runs on the strip though the aircleaner and full exhaust. The details are:

    Engine:
    460 block 0.030" over
    4.3" stroke crank
    Probe pistons, 10.6 to 1 comp
    Ford SCJ alloy heads
    Victor intake manifold with Holley 1050 carb
    Herbert custom mechanical roller cam
    MSD ignition
    custom 2 1/8" headers, dual 3 1/2" exhaust

    Driveline:
    4000rpm stall convertor
    Full manual rev pattern C4
    9" diff, 35 spline Detriot Locker, 3.9 ratio

    Front Suspension:
    RRS strut conversion
    RRS rack and pinion steering
    RRS disc brakes

    Rear Suspension:
    Caltrac monoleaf springs
    Caltrac bars
    RRS disc brakes

    Wheels:
    Street - Weld Draglites 15x7(f) 15x8(r), BFG 225/60/15(f) BFG245/60/15(r)
    Strip - Weld Draglites 15x5(f) 15x10(r), MT front runners, MT ET Drag 28x10.5x15

    Body:
    All steel
    Subframe connectors
    5 point bolt in roll cage

    The car has a race weight of 3498lbs with me in it.
    My best time so far is a 10.19sec at 134.1mph for the 1/4 mile.
